How long will it take you to ship an order?
Within 1 - 2 Business Days // 2 - 3 During busy periods
Please provide an Email & Tel. Number with your order in "note to seller" for a more effective delivery status Once this information is used by the delivery company to keep you updated with your package - It will then be deleted in line with our privacy policy.
Please Note: If held in Customs, there may be a delay and this is out of my hands - Thank you for understanding **
All Customs Duties are the Buyer's responsibility. Please message me if you have any questions before purchasing **
Addresses
** Please always make sure your shipping address is correct. If packages are lost or returned due to incorrect/insufficient addresses, I will unfortunately not be responsible for this. Packages returned to LunaJewellery.Rocks will be resent at the buyer's expense ❀ It's the buyer's responsibility to check the correct shipping address when purchasing at Checkout.
If the shipment is returned to me due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the Buyer, or refusal to accept delivery, I will relist the item(s) and refund the item price only.
Once an item is returned to me (Seller) and the Buyer still wants the item, I will gladly resend it to the correct address, providing that the Buyer has bought the item and corrected their address details.
If the Buyer doesn't want the item, once the item is returned to me, the value for the item will be refunded to the Buyer (excluding Shipping costs).
Shipping Cost is the Buyer's Responsibility
