Shipping Costs Explained:
All orders will be processed within 2 - 3 working days.
There are still some delays on parcels in the UK and overseas due to the knock-on effects of the virus. Please keep this in mind when ordering. On average orders outside the UK take 7-14 days to arrive once shipped, however, it isn't uncommon for them to take a little longer, especially in the current situation, so please do not worry if there is a delay!
All items are shipped in boxes and packed very well so that your crystals are safe traveling across the country and world! where possible recycled padding is used. If by chance the shipping works out cheaper once I create your postage label, any overcharge for postage will be refunded.
If you place multiple orders in a week or during one of my planned stock updates, I will always try to combine where possible and refund any extra.
I ship worldwide, if at checkout it says shipping is not available for your country, please pop me a message on the contact button, or on social media, and I will be able to set up your country on the system if needed!
We only ship our products with full tracking service and insurance, we apologize but we do not offer an economy/non-tracked service!
