All refunds are issued in the same payment method they were received.
Only once the order/package is "Returned to Sender" you will be refunded your purchase, excluding the shipping cost. This is after the item is back in my possession, I have inspected and confirmed that the item is in its original condition and original packaging materials.
If I made a mistake or sent you the wrong item (I'm only human), please let me know and I will make it right.
I do not replace/refund stolen mail. If your order is marked delivered via the Post Office, you will have to file an affidavit for stolen mail, possibly a police report. To be handled via your post office.
If you are not head over heels about your LunaJewellery.Rocks purchase, you may make a return or an exchange within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date, with these conditions met:
If the shipment is returned to me due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the Buyer, or refusal to accept delivery, I will relist the item(s) and refund the item price only.
Once an item is returned to me (Seller) and the Buyer still wants the item, I will gladly resend it to the correct address, providing that the Buyer has bought the item and corrected their address details.
If the Buyer doesn't want the item, once the item is returned to me, the value for the item will be refunded to the Buyer (excluding Shipping costs).
Shipping Cost is the Buyer's Responsibility

Exchange Policy:
Exchanges or substitutions are available within 14 days of the return period with prior approval ( Contact us right away ) Shipping costs to return the original item(s) is the customer's responsibility, however, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange or replacement product(s) Some items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an incorrect item or it was damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or apply the credit to your account. LunaJewellery.Rocks must be notified of any damage or incorrect items within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. You will not be responsible for shipping costs for replacement products for damaged, missing, or incorrect item(s)
